you and I
My work maps the spaces left by trauma, charting the scars, seen and unseen, that twist through the self and ripple out to others. Using ink and charcoal, I pour my pain onto the page, seeking to make it visible and real. Born from my own reckoning with a suicide attempt, each piece is a negotiation with memory and emotion, echoing the immensity of grief while remaining intimate in its manifestation. The marks I make—quick or meditative—reflect the rhythms of nature and the weight of lived experience. My art is not only catharsis but a call to others who have endured dark places, inviting them to share in the vulnerability of healing and to find connection through shared scars.
